International Exhibition of Transport and Logistics Services, Warehouse Equipment and Technologies TransRussia | SkladTech 2026 has once again confirmed its status as the key exhibition event in the industry.
For three days of work, the event brought together 553 exhibitors from 17 countries and more than 27,000 professional visitors. This year was a landmark for TransRussia - it celebrated two anniversaries at once: the TransRussia exposition crossed the 30th milestone and a special exposition of SkladTech warehouse equipment was held together with it for the 5th year.
The basis of the 2026 exposition was traditionally a pool of the largest companies in the industry, many of which cooperate with the exhibition on a regular basis. At the same time, every year TransRussia | SkladTech announces new participants. The update of the list of exhibitors demonstrates the high potential of the market, as well as emphasizes the value of the exhibition and confirms its role as an indicator of the development of the industry. International Partnership Platform
In 2026, relations between countries and the search for new foreign partners are of particular importance. Against this background, the role of TransRussia | SkladTech 2026 as an international business platform. Companies from 17 countries took part in the exhibition: Turkey, China, India, USA, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Azerbaijan and others, and the exposition was visited by representatives of diplomatic missions and government agencies. Among them are Trade Representative of the Republic of Azerbaijan Emil Guliyev, a delegation of the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan headed by Minister Plenipotentiary for Trade and Investment Shabana Mumtaz, as well as Counselor of the Embassy of the Dominican Republic Jose Manuel Vargas D'Oleo.
International interest underlines the importance of the exhibition for strengthening business ties and developing new logistics routes.
Agreements shaping the future of the industry
The exhibition traditionally becomes a place for concluding strategic partnerships, agreements of intent and contracts that will have a significant impact on the logistics industry in the near future. This year, FESCO Transportation Group signed a number of significant agreements, including with X5 Transport, Chinese companies Neptune Logistics and NOVA, and other partners. The agreements are aimed at developing transport, expanding services and strengthening international supply chains.
Two signings were carried out by the Russian Maritime Register of Shipping. Cooperation agreements were signed between it and the Center for Corporate Transport Services, a branch of Russian Railways, as well as the Center for the Operation of Ground-Based Space Infrastructure Facilities (TsENKI) of the Roscosmos State Corporation.
The LOGOPER Group of Companies has signed a number of important memorandums of cooperation, including with Scantronic Systems and UgolTrans.
S7 Cargo (part of the S7 Group) and RWB (United Company Wildberries & Russ) signed an agreement under which they agreed to transport the company's goods across Russia using an electronic transportation document.
New technologies and solutions for logistics
TransRussia Exposition | SkladTech annually becomes a showcase of modern logistics solutions and services for market participants.
Magnit Logistics, participating in the exhibition for the first time, presented the commercial direction of transportation and projects for the development of unmanned cargo transportation, implemented in partnership with technology companies.
ITECO presented a concept stand with a real F4 racing car of the ITECO RACING TEAM - a symbol of speed, technology and teamwork. At the stand, the company's specialists shared their experience in implementing projects on domestic FTL and LTL transportation, international road transportation to China, Turkey, the EAEU countries and other destinations, as well as multimodal logistics solutions using key transport corridors and ports.
Silkway CA, part of PTC Holding, took part in the exhibition for the first time, presenting the project of a multidisciplinary logistics center in the Tashkent region. The company emphasizes that this was an important step in the development of an international presence.
As part of the SkladTech exposition, there was an interactive project ROBO ARENA, implemented by the exhibition together with the exhibitors FIRST, Yandex Robotics and KUKA. It presented practical solutions for automating warehouse logistics. The project clearly showed that integrated automation is already becoming an industry standard.
Initiatives for market development
The key need of the market is the launch of new products, services and companies. This year, TransRussia | SkladTech offered a solution for small companies and startups that had not previously participated in the exhibition. For the first time, TransRussia hosted the Business for Everyone platform, a zone with equipped workplaces where companies could present their solutions and negotiate with potential partners.
Another initiative to support the market and encourage its most active participants was the first industry award "TransRussia Champions League". Out of more than 70 applications, an independent jury selected 8 winners. The victory in the nomination "Team of the Year" was won by the company "Grovex". The title of "Coach of the Year" was awarded to representatives of Magnit Logistics. The title of "Eco-Champion of the Year" was won by the Novotrans Group of Companies, and in the "Relay of the Year" the Blago Group of Companies was recognized as the best. MP-Technologies Kaliningrad was named CyberChampion of the Year among warehouse companies, and X5 Transport was named CyberChampion of the Year among transport and logistics companies. VEZUBR was awarded the Breakthrough of the Year award among IT companies, and FinInvest Group was awarded the Breakthrough of the Year award among transport and logistics companies.
One of the main values of the TransRussia | SkladTech is an opportunity for direct communication, establishing business contacts and concluding mutually beneficial partnerships. In this regard, special attention is paid to the development of services that strengthen industry business ties: Lead Scanning and Matchmaking, integrated into the TransRussia Connect application. As a result of the exhibition, 15,821 scans were carried out using Lead Scanning, 460 identified contacts were marked in Matchmaking, and 863 leads were collected using food cards.
As part of the large-scale business program of the exhibition, 6 conferences were held and 188 speakers spoke, discussing a whole range of issues, including new configurations of supply chains, industry trends and prospects for the coming years.
Mikhail Goncharov, Secretary General of the International Coordinating Council on Trans-Eurasian Transportation (CCTT), stated that the growing global instability significantly complicates forecasting, and at the same time opens up new "windows of opportunity" for market participants.
Alexey Shilo, Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation, noted the high interest of business in unmanned transportation and stressed that large-scale implementation requires the absence of a person in the cab, reliable communication, a regulatory framework and the versatility of vehicles. According to him, by 2028, the industry can reach the full operation of unmanned vehicles.

The state of the Russian container market was analyzed by German Maslov, Deputy General Director for the Liner and Logistics Division of FESCO. The topic of trade diversification from the point of view of European business was raised by Tadzio Schilling, CEO of AEB. He recalled that the current restrictions are temporary, and stressed that tomorrow is shaped by the decisions that are made today. Konstantin Kim, Director of the Information and Analytical Center for Foreign Trade under the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia, spoke about the dynamics of foreign trade in industrial goods.
Alexey Grom, CEO and Chairman of the Management Board of UTLC ERA, reported an increase in rail container traffic by 1.5% in March. According to the expert, the industry demonstrates a confident state: "This is no longer a window, but a showcase of opportunities."
Maxim Shishkov, Director of Strategic Marketing at Delo Group, presented the "radar of trends" for the coming year: supply chain security, staff shortages, growth of state regulation, digital platforms and customer-centric models. "You need to learn to live with uncertainty and form solutions for customers in it," the speaker concluded.
Dmitry Kryukov, Deputy General Director of Russian Railways Logistics, drew attention to global trends: a decrease in consumption and an increase in the money supply directly affect transport logistics. The company, according to him, is working to increase the speed parameters of transportation.
The international agenda also became part of the business program of the exhibition, in particular, it was voiced by Salum Hossam Eddin, Counselor of the Embassy of the Kingdom of Bahrain in the Russian Federation, drawing attention to the role of logistical aspects in the development of relations between the countries.
In addition, for the second year in a row, the China Business Outreach Forum was held within the framework of the exhibition. The event became a platform for negotiations and discussion of practical issues of interaction with partners from China.
More than 3,400 unique visitors attended the business program of the exhibition.
In 2026, TransRussia | SkladTech once again acted as an indicator of the logistics market, its flexibility, readiness for new challenges and high interest in the development of international cooperation. At the exhibition, industry participants from different countries and regions of Russia had the opportunity to negotiate at the level of top officials, discuss strategic projects and make decisions that affect the development of logistics in the country and abroad.
