Every year, on the first Sunday of August, Russia celebrates the professional holiday of all railway workers. The TransRussia exhibition team congratulates the specialists on their day!
The Railway Worker's Day appeared approximately at the same time as the emergence of the railway in Russia, in the 19th century. However, the modern date was assigned to it only in the 1940s. Such a rich and long history proves the importance of the profession for the country over several centuries.

At the TransRussia | SkladTech exhibition, a whole section is dedicated specifically to railway companies and operators of freight rail transportation. It traditionally attracts the attention of a huge number of visitors: in 2025, more than 14,600 specialists were interested in railway transportation.
