OKTRON will be participating in the TransRussia 2026 exhibition. At its booth, the company will showcase the KD450C industrial scrubber dryer – an autonomous robot for combined cleaning designed for use in high-intensity environments.
The KD450C model is designed for use in production facilities, warehouses, and logistics centers where a large number of machines operate simultaneously. The equipment effectively removes industrial dust, oil contaminants, forklift wheel marks, carbon dust, as well as small debris such as scraps of tape, pallet chips, and other solid particles.
The model's key feature is a dry cleaning module and a separate 5-liter dry waste collection tank. This allows the robot to perform both wet cleaning with roller brushes and dry cleaning without water, expanding its range of applications and making it a versatile solution for complex industrial and warehouse environments.
The navigation system is built using a combination of SLAM and VSLAM technologies. The robot independently maps rooms, plots optimal routes, and navigates without external beacons. Safe navigation in high-traffic environments is ensured by a complex of sensors: laser rangefinders, machine vision, ultrasonic sensors, and anti-fall and anti-touch sensors. When the battery level is low, the KD450C autonomously returns to the base station, where it begins recharging and automatically collects and drains water. Operation is controlled and monitored remotely via a cloud platform.
At the TransRussia 2026 exhibition, visitors to the OKTRON booth will have the opportunity to see the robot in action. Company representatives will demonstrate the equipment and discuss its technical specifications, operating conditions, and integration into warehouse and production processes.
